Located in the beautiful and lovingly restored historic (mid-1800s) Grand Central Saloon building, Sarah’s on the Square offers a wide selection of contemporary comfort food. From artisan salads to burgers and chicken fried steak! Always made with the freshest ingredients available! The history of our location is as fascinating as our menu—the restored Grand Central Saloon building was once a famous saloon where many a traveling cowboy stopped, as the upstairs (now the Shady Lady Bed & Breakfast!) housed the town’s “soiled doves.” In fact, the head madam was named Sarah, hence our namesake.
